On XX/XX/year> XXXX notified me of a 30 day late with Randolph Book Fed Credit union. However, not only are all of my accounts are set on Auto Pay, I also paid {$1500.00} on a {$2000.00} balance to show my Credit Worthiness. I contacted the merchant to find out what happened and it was a data error that was suppose to be fixed by the merchant and communicated to XXXX per my conversation with the merchant that in fact refunded the late fee due to the inconvenience. I sent a letter to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX after speaking to the merchant several times however, I have not received any mail correspondence from XXXX or the merchant with the explanation or investigation results. XXXX instead, updated the dispute results to investigation complete, reported by furnisher after the investigation time frame that is well over 30 days. I have been a customer with this merchant for over 4 years with exceptional credit history, never been late once. Experian status was updated XX/XX/year> however, I was notified in writing of the investigation or any information from the merchant via mail. Please help assist me with this matter of the 30 day late that was in fact never late and paid on time with Randolph Book Fed Credit union. Thank you for your prompt response.
