I disputed an atm amount transactions for the amount of XXXX $ on XX/XX/year>. Then received a letter on the mail stating they have completed there research of the inquiry about charges of {$6000.00} on your account. Because we have been unable to reach you or we did not receive the information we requested from you, we based our decision on the information available. We have determined the transaction was authorized or that a processing error did not occur. As a result, please consider your claim closed. If you would like us to reopen your claim, please provide details of the reason for your dispute. I then called and asked what additional information I can provide. The investigator then stated it closed and there is no additional information or anyway to reopen this claim.
