Its a property management condo apartments and I went to rent there with my family and told them the reason I was trying to move there because theres mold in the previous premise I was living and I proof that legally so I could move. They told me not to worry they would have a good apartment and when it gets a few days of moving the apartment was in bad condition so I did not trust them anymore! They told me they were going to find another apartment for me but it was on the second floor and then coming from This horrible experience with my family and XXXX kids I decided to not rent there and I didnt not even signed a rental contract! Now they want to charge me certain amount and keep putting me in collection for no reason, XXXX months has passed, last time I dispute with XXXX XXXX. And it was take out of my credit report and now they come again. Please help me! Its absurd this situation.
