On the date of XX/XX/XXXX, I went to a XXXXXXXX XXXX and made an attempt to withdraw {$400.00}. The XXXX did Not dispense my money so I attempted again And was able to withdraw {$400.00} but my account was charged for both withdrawals even though I did not receive the first. I called XXXXXXXX XXXX and they informed me that there was nothing that they could do because I was not a XXXX customer that I should reach out to my bank Chime and dispute the charge. I disputed the charge with Chime and my dispute was denied. Neither XXXX will help me resolve this issue and I can not figure out how to get more information from the XXXX because XXXX continues to tell me that I can only speak to my bank about it. It has been just under a month since this happened and I have received no resolution, I dont make much money and {$400.00} is a lot of money for me.
