XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX was hacked for {$3000.00} on XX/XX/year> I wrote to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> and filed a claim with my bank ( Wells Fargo ) it has been almost 3 months and Wells Fargo sent me something in the mail saying they didnt get the information that they needed or requested. I dont understand what I was supposed to provide? I am still locked out of my XXXX XXXX I refuse to use them ever again. I dont understand how i could loose {$3000.00} just like that.
