This is in response to CFPB complaint XXXX where I informed the company that I have no contract with them for the alleged debt on my credit report. I also reached out to the original creditor via XXXX and was informed that XXXX tried to contact the company twice, but the company failed to respond. Why would I trust a 3rd party collection agency whom I've never signed anything with and let alone heard of without validation from the original creditor? I am not obligated to pay your company anything and this is my right as a consumer. My personal information has been compromised many times, and without validation from the original creditor, how can you be sure that this debt is mine? Was there proof of my ssc and id on record? There were no copies sent to me if so. I have attached the proof of no response from original creditor. Again, the invoice is attached, and payment is to be remitted to the address on the true bill/invoice along with the deletion of this account. From the FCRA 616. Civil liability for willful noncompliance [ 15 U.S.C. n1681n ] n ( b ) Civil liability for knowing noncompliance.
