I have been dealing with this company since XX/XX/year>, I have sent several letters of dispute, the only thing that I receive from them is letters of not being able to find my file and need proof of my drivers license and utility bill ; which I have sent with ALL MY ORIGINAL LETTERS OF DISPUTE. The have claimed in me calling that they were not legible, which I find to not be true seeing as I checked legibility every time I have sent the " original '' letters of dispute. I received notification from XXXX XXXX stating there had been accounts that were added as well as accounts that were deleted from my report. When looking into it, they have taken things off, and then put them back on!!!! What is going on Equifax??!! They closed out my complaint with CFPB on XXXX, stating that I would find a summary of what they did, as well as I would receive an UPDATED credit report that shows what they did. HOWEVER, to date, I have received NOTHING from them. I am truly starting to thing that this is some sort of retaliation for putting in a complaint with CFPB. In this complaint, I am enclosing ..... 1. An updated letter of dispute 2. Various letters asking for proof of my identity 3. A copy of my Driver 's License ( CFPB cant see it is legible ) 4. A copy of my utility bill ( CFPB can see this is legible as well ) 5. XXXX XXXX report reflecting the changes 6. An updated credit report from annual credit report I would like to request the following information for all debt disputes : 1. The name and address of the original creditor, 2. The original date of delinquency and the amount owed, 3. A copy of the original contract or other documents bearing my signature.
