On Sunday XXXX the bank SOFI sent me a email request about a payment so I called them on Sunday, since they sent me an email on Sunday, my first question to them was why did you send something over the weekend that can be dealt with on Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday or Friday the answer that was given was a computer did come and I told the person on the phone the computer does what a person tells it to do. My complaint is not that you send something through email come is this that you sent some through email on a Sunday and email told me not to reply back to it and I requested to get the written ethics behind that from their company. I had a problem on the phone with two people in explaining to me why they did what they did that first person and I want the person 's license number it's XXXX And the second person 's license number I won't so they both can be reprimanded is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Either reprimand those two people Or do not send me anything over the weekend and you can tell that in whatever language you want to to that XXXX computer.
