XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX A creditor XXXX not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Unless the creditor has adopted it reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including information required by ( Section 1637 ( b ) ) Is mail or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before payment due date. There are certain clear and conspicuous disclosures that this creditor was supposed to provide me with 21 days prior to my statement due date that I didn't receive which is a violation of 15 US code 1666b. Also 18 US code 8 states that the obligation of this day is already paid for by the United States. So, this credit balance is in excess of {$1.00} And the law clearly states that the treatment of any credit violence is supposed to be refunded upon the request of the consumer so I would also like to request my refund. This creditor is in violation of 15 US code 1692 J for furnishing certain deceptive forms creating a false belief into consumer that a person other than the creditor of such consumer is participating in the collection of or in an attempt to allegedly owes such creditor, when in fact such person is not so participating. Any person who violates this section shall be liable to the same extent and in the same manner as a debt collector is liable under ( Section 1692 K ) For failure to comply with a provision of this subchapter.
