XXXX XXXX is telling me that they report. It is in the contract that they report to all three credit bureaus and they have for 20 years with my card. They then told 2 of the three bureaus that my card was canceled but still report to XXXX. Ive been calling them for 6 months now. They say they are reporting to all 3, but Equifax is saying they are not. Ive been back and forth with both XXXXXXXX XXXX and Equifax telling me its not their fault. XXXX XXXX is very secretive about who reports for them or how to get this issue fixed. Equifax refuses to look into it at all, they say if the bank reports they show it. There is a problem and neither side will address it! This card is my oldest highest limit card and its creating a XXXX points negative impact on my score.
