I have went through Covington Credit for loans. The last loan I have had through them I was unable to pay due to a number of reasons. After my brother passed in XXXX 2021, I went through XXXX XXXX XXXX to get help on paying bills/loans off and to start working on my credit. This company not only started to call me constantly ( they were harassing me at this point ), they would not work with us ( myself & XXXX ) to resolve this balance. This balance remains unpaid as of to this date because they just would not work with me. They have charged off my account on my report back in 2021 and then recharged off on my credit report not once, but twice this year alone. This company is horrible to deal with and should not be in business. I tried to get them taken care of but they refused to work with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am afraid of reaching back out to them because of the endless calls received.
