COMENITY BANK DEBT IN VIOLATION OF THE 7-IN-7 RULE. WHICH STATES A CREDITOR MUST NOT CONTACT THE PERSON WHO OWES MONEY MORE THAN 7 TIMES WITHIN A 7 DAY PERIOD. I HAVE GOTTEN CALLS FROM THE DEBT COLLECT AT LEAST 10 TIMES A DAY, EVERYDAY, FOR MONTHS AT A TIME. COMENITY BANK HAS ALSO VIOLATED THE FDCPA LAW, WHICH PROHIBITS DEBT COLLECTORS FROM USING UNFAIR OR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES TO COLLECT DEBTS. I HAVE RECIEVED MANY DECEPTIVE TEXT MESSAGES FROM THE COMPANY ACTING AS IF THERE WERE A FRIEND OR FAMILY ASKING SOMETHING AS SIMPLY AS " COULD YOU PICK UP MILK FROM THE STORE '' FROM AN UNKNOW NUMBER, JUST TO GET YOU TO REPLY. I HAVE RECIEVED SEVERAL PRIVATE CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY AND I KNOW IT'S THEM BECAUSE THEY LEAVE VOICEMAILS. I HAVE RECIEVED MANY TEXT MESSAGES FROM THIS DEBT COLLECTOR FALSLY CLAIMING THAT THE PERSON CONTACTING ME IS AN ATTORNY. THIS COMAPNY HAS REACHED OUT TO OLD IN-LAWS THAT ARE NOT EVEN MARRIED INTO MY FAMILY ANYMORE, ABOUT THIS DEBT. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN PERMISSION TO ANYONE TO CONTACT ANYONE OUTSIDE OF MYSELF, ABOUT ANY OF MY PERSONAL DEBT OR BUSINESS. HIS NAME IS XXXX XXXX. I GOT A RANDOM CALL FROM SOMEONE WHO I HAVE NOT SEEN OR HEARD FROM IN OVER 5 YEARS. HE ALSO LIVES IN AN ENITRELY DIFFERENT STATE, REACHING OUT SAYING THIS COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR ME ABOUT A DEBT. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW SUCH RANDOM PERSON WHO ISN'T EVEN RELATED TO ME, COULD KNOW ABOUT ANY OF MY PERSONAL BUSINESS. MY OWN MOTHER WAS NOT EVEN CONTACTED OVER THIS PERSON. HE IS NOT MY FRIEND OR A FAMILY MEMBER. HE WAS MARRIED TO MY AUNT MANY YEARS AGO. THAT IS COMPLETE VIOLATION ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS THAT I KNOW FOR A FACT I HAVE. ACCORDING TO CFPB AND FTC, THIS COMPANY IS IN VIOLATION FOR CALLING OVER AND OVER TO ANNOY OR HARASS ME & PEOPLE CLOSE TO ME, NOT TELLING ME WHO THEY ARE AND LIEING ABOUT WHO THEY ARE. ALL OF THESE VIOLATIONS HAVE CAUSED HARM AND EMBARRASSMENT TO MY LIFE AND MY FAMILY. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO REMAIN IN GOOD STANDING WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULD SET UP SCHEDULED PAYMENTS FOR THE FUTURE, FOR A SPECIFIC DATE ON WHICH I GET PAID FROM EMPLOYER & EACH TIME THIS COMPANY HAS ATTEMPTED SEVERAL TIMES, TO TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT SEVERAL DAYS BEOFORE THE AUTHORIZED DATE I SCHEDULED IT FOR. I SET A SPECIFIC DATE FOR A REASON, OF WHICH, I KNOW I WILL HAVE THE FUNDS AVAILIBLE IN THAT ACCOUNT. THESE ATTEMPTS HAVE CAUSED MANY NFS ( NON SUFFIENT FUNDS ) FEES AND OVERDRAFT FEES IN MY ACCOUNT THAT I WAS LEFT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING EVERYTIME. THEIR ACTIONS HAVE CAUSED ME TO GET BEHIND ON OTHER BILLS BY TAKING UNARTHORIAZED MONEY DIRECTLY FROM ACCOUNT. IT GOT TO THE POINT I CALLED & SPOKE TO SOMEONE, WHO STATED WE ARE ON A RECORDED LINE, TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT NUMBER & REMOVE ANY FUTURE PAYMENTS I HAVE SET UP WITH THEM, BECAUSE THEY CONTINUOUSLY MAKE THESE ATTEMTPS TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BEFORE THE DATE THAT I ACTUALLY AUTHORIZED. I HAVE BEEN HARRASED BY THIS COMPANY LONG ENOUGH. COMENITY HAVE BEEN GETTING AWAY WITH THESE VIOLATIONS LONG ENOUGH. IT IS TIME FOR THIS COMPANY TO FACE THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIONS. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. I HAVE ALWAYS JUST DELETED OR IGNORED THESE HARASSMENTS FROM COMENITY SO I JUST WANTED TO SHOW YOU THE AMOUNT OF CALLS JUST FOR THIS MONTH, XXXX, ALONE. SO YOU ALL CAN SEE THE AMOUNT OF CALLS I RECIEVE ON XXXX DAILY BASIS FROM THIS COMPANY.
