I the personal representative for the Principal have sent numerous correspondence to XXXX, TRANSUNION, AND XXXX telling them who the Principal is and why they shouldn't be displaying information to anybody about a Fictitious Entity. It all started in XXXX. I even sent a authenticated Birth Certificate which displays a full faith and credit for this Entity. No reply and the Credit Reporting Agencies still want to display erroneous, false, incorrect, theft by deception information that the Credit Reporting agencies have on file and they know it is not the real living man or woman.
