This account was paid in full by the previous owners bayshore Wolverine capital by the due day of XX/XX/XXXX and an additional payment was made by me before the due date. Im requesting that the XXXX days late to be removed from my co borrower and my credit report immediately. We never been XXXX day or more late why would we be XXXX days at pay off time? I lost XXXX points on my credit report due to this misinformation and my co borrower lost XXXX points due to this we ask that triad Financial remove the XXXX day late so that we can continue with our lives with our credit report without this blemish. I will enclose documentation that will support my claims I take my credit and credit report serious and Im responsible with my credit, this XXXX late on my credit report stops me for doing anything with this blemish from XXXX financial. I cant see how they were able to put a 30 day late on an account that was reported closed last month and removed off of my credit last month that I filed an dispute and got the account removed myself and it was Successfully removed 30 day late from a successfully removed account. This was my complaint last month. I have new complaint this month as of XX/XX/year>. The same issue has occurred for the month of XXXX. My Wife and lost out on homes that we were trying to purchase the past XXXX months. Now we had to rent for nothing for a year because of these constant XXXX late Triad Financial keep putting on our credit reports damaging our credit. XXXX requesting XXXX stop this XXXX late debacle on my wife and i credit reports remove XXXX late immediately.
