This information should be appended to the closed CFPB complaint XXXX. On XX/XX/year>, American Management Services received an updated address on where to send verification of any and all debts in their office. The only thing that has been received is a debt validation letter claiming a balance owed to XXXX XXXX. There is no balance owed to XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/year>, American Management Services was requested to provide verification of any and all debts to the email XXXX. They claim that they have provided the verification of any and all alleged debts in their office, but no documentation has been provided. This debt has not been proven to be owed and I have documentation from XXXX XXXX that prove there is no debt owed. I dont know how this balance they have in their office has been accumulated and they have not provided any proof but have damaged my character and reputation by using unfair, deceptive an abusive practices which has resulted in me not being able to obtain credit. In addition to defamation of character, they have harassed me for a balance that is not owed which they on several occasions have been advised of. In their own words, they have placed telephone calls without meaningful disclosure and caused my telephone to ring with the intent to annoy, abuse or harass. These actions are blatant violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I am requesting, through this CFPB portal, that any and all documentation regarding this alleged debt be uploaded so that I may review it and provide documentation disputing any and all alleged balances owed to XXXX XXXX and American Management Services , Inc .
