We understand this situation 's challenges and genuinely empathize with the frustration it may have caused. After a thorough investigation, we confirmed that loan number XXXX was obtained on XX/XX/XXXX, and was enrolled in the XXXX XXXX XXXX service ( RACH ). Our records confirmed that the payment made on XX/XX/XXXX, was returned on XX/XX/XXXX, due to insufficient funds. Subsequent payments were not made, eventually resulting in the loan becoming delinquent and sold to XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX.
