I applied for a loan and this company failed to reply in a timely fashion, ignored my email requests, spoke with me multiple times via representatives " off shore '' possibly in XXXX. They never asked me last XXXX ss and XXXX when they came back to the line. They were inexperienced in examining my financials, and even asked me to send a personal document ( my tax return ) to an unsecured email address. They repeatedly violated privacy and provided poor services, and failed to give me a supervisor in the XXXX. Now I have a hard inquiry and they did nothing for me. I want the hard inquiry erased, and I would like to see Avant investigated for privacy violations. The offshore agents have no idea what they are doing and are security liabilities.
