I have been an XXXX XXXX Credit card member since XX/XX/22. I have a XXXX credit card limit and never missed a payment since now in XXXX as they reported. I have never had an issue with this small obligation monthly compared to my bigger debts. The month of XXXX was a very volatile month for me and my family, I had to pay a XXXX debt off, then a XXXX debt off in XXXX. Also, My personal accounts were getting excessive charges and fees that I had to investigate and get under control with my banks. My XXXX Credit card autopay must've returned back while processing while I was advised from my banks to freeze card for a periodic time. I did not know it would cause me to get a XXXX LATE PAYMENT Inquiry on my report, it was never my intention to not pay a XXXX $ monthly obligation. Once i noticed my credit report was affected in XXXX I sent a letter to XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX Explaining it was an error and to have the inquiry removed or updated to PAID AS AGREED. My BANK DID TAKE THE MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR XXXX BUT IT MUST'VE REJECTED WHILE PROCESSING WHILE ADVISED TO FREEZE ACCOUNTS PERIODICALLY. THIS ISSUE IS EFFECTING ME AND MY FAMILY CLOSING UNDER CONTRACT AND I AM ASKING TO BE FORGAVE AND TO GET THIS REMOVED ASAP FROM MY CREDIT REPORT OR UPDATED TO PAID AS AGREED PLEASE. I HAVE ALSO PAID MORE OF THE BALANCE DOWN TO SHOW GOOD FAITH OF LIFE AND THINGS HAPPEN BUT MY INTENTIONS WEREN'T BAD. I NEED THIS OFF MY REPORT TO FINISH MY VA HOME LOAN PROCESS PLEASE.
