An account was opened in my maiden name. I never received the card nor did I apply for this credit card. I have received a number of phone calls and dismissed them because they were not using my correct name. I was told months ago they understood and it looked to be fraudulent then I was sent a legal notification. I am on XXXX have never used seen or made payments. They are claiming I made on this card, I have never been to the locations discard was used and constantly being harassed over this account. It seems that my name and information was used to open this account. I have not used this name since I was married XXXX years ago.
