On XX/XX/year> I filled out an application with XXXX for a land loan. The lender recommended a HELOC loan to help with the down payment. I was approved for {$55000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX the lender advised me the loan could not be approved. I did a written cancellation on " The Right Of Recession ''. I received an email back with approval of cancellation.I found a new lender who was able to give me the loan I needed and started to move forward with the process. He did a title search on my home and found a " Deed of Trust '' attached by Homebridge. this had been filed under 24 hours after the HELOC loan was approved. After numerous emails by me and my new lender we were able to have the Deed removed. The deed was on my home for almost 30 days.
