I am writing to formally dispute several unauthorized hard inquiries listed on my credit report. As a consumer, I am protected under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and 15 U.S.C. 1602 ( p ), which defines and regulates the permissible purposes for obtaining a consumer report.
