I'm attaching a letter that stats the problem. The lender reneged on their settlement they offered because they could loan because of the type of lender they were. But they offered to give the mechanic the title and XXXX dollars with our discussing with me. They for letting me have a settlement of {$950.00} and then they reneged thinking that my insurance was going to Total the vehicle I told him that that wasn't going to happen I wasn't going to allow that so they were making decisions and reneged on what they agreed to do with me and then I'm the one left holding the bag they were going to let the mechanic have it for {$4000.00} and then they were just going to cut the mechanic refuse to take their XXXX he wanted XXXX XXXX and they were going to just let him have the title again without discussing anything with me and this is my credit and now they're showing it a charge off it looks like a repo and it's not they don't have the vehicle nobody will talk to me they hang up on me or they pass me about and leave me on hold for hours so now I need to get an attorney for this I already have an attorney with the mechanic and I have an attorney over the insurance company trying to total my vehicle when they didn't have any dog in the race so I want this off of my credit they had their chance I tried to pay my begged them and begged them and they refused after they're the ones they agreed to it the settlement so I think because I am good faith offer and tried to pay them what they wanted and because they got greedy I'm the one left on the bag it's not right it's not fair and for the credit bureaus to allow this I want every every piece of documentation and every voice conversation cuz they record I want every conversation and every written text email conversation and I want you the credit bureaus too also request that before you make a decision because if you don't see in my favor you didn't get all the information I don't want this on my credit I think what they've done is wrong so it needs to be totally removed
