This account has fraudulently appeared on my credit report without any notices or proving to me this is mine. I have been in contact with IC Systems and even filed complaint with XXXX and still no resolution. Let me clarify, this does not belong to me IC Systems # XXXX {$530.00} Collections. I have even attempted to dispute with CA 's because the collection was never validated and I never received a notice 30 days prior to inserting on my credit. { By law, the consumer reporting agency shall efficiently provide to the person who provided the information in dispute all relevant information regarding the dispute that is received by the agency from the consumer or the reseller ). This was not done.
