I have previously spoken to this company and tried to take legal actions for this account but lawyer mentioned it has been more than 2 years and can't take action in this matter. This company is charging me for ambulance services for my son when we were active with the governmental insurance and i have proof of this active insurance. I never received a letter from the Fire Department or any other medical departments explaining to send any proof of insurance or any proof that I am getting charged for the service provided. When my son got discharged from the hospital i signed document of giving proof of insurance and got notified from the assistant at urgent care that everything is covered and will not get charged for any service due to XXXX insurance covering every service provided to my son this day.
