My XXXX income tax return was erroneously sent to a TD Bank customer by the IRS that had my name and social security number on it. I explained what happened and showed proof of the error and was told that the customer who received my tax refund would be notified and TD Bank would return my money to the IRS or to me. As of date, neither myself or the IRS has received my XXXX tax return and TD Bank refuses to, IN GOOD FAITH, return the monies that was sent as an ACH with my social security number and name on it to one of their customers. I have been told for over a year that someone would speak with me and have my tax return sent to me or the IRS.
