I was defrauded by unknown persons operating through the unlicensed financial brokerage platform XXXX, which solicited me to invest a substantial amount of money. All payments were made in way of crypto-transactions to wallets nominated as beneficiary wallets by the representatives of the unlicensed financial broker. Some transfers were made through my wallet hosted by XXXX I consider the beneficiary wallets to be an integral part of the fraudulent scheme behind XXXX Based upon the understanding that XXXX is acting compliant and will provide the due care towards its own wallet-holders, my legal representatives from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX relevant request for provision of information to Fors DAX , Inc XXXX Unfortunately, as of the date of this complaint, XXXX has provided neither me nor my legal representatives with the requested information. By ignoring my request, www.crypto.com failed to provide the required information about the XXXX hosting the beneficiary wallets, where I have made a series of transactions to, respectively information that the beneficiary wallets were not hosted by a XXXX. By so doing, XXXX does not refer to specific legal grounds, which justify their decision not to provide the required information. In my opinion, the response from XXXX represents a clear example of the mistreatment of my consumer rights as a consumer.
