Account XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I refinanced my Nissan XXXX XXXX and was approved by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I emailed contract and proof of payment to NMAC-Nissan Financial Services . Per CSR ( XXXX ) at Nissan pay off payment was received on XX/XX/XXXX and applied to my loan account. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX called to say they have not received title to the XXXX Nissan XXXX and release of lien letter. I spent 2 hours with CSR ( XXXX, XXXX, and supervisor XXXX ) at Nissan gave me the following excuses : XXXX. I ( XXXX ) did not personally call to request the title be sent. XXXX. My account is in Bankruptcy department ( please note I did not include this vehicle in bankruptcy I made payments for 1yr and then refinanced the vehicle ). I advised NMAC I want to be compensated {$50.00}, for the 2 hours I spent calling them and listening to the XXXX/Mularkey/Lame excusing for handling business poorly. I had to advised them that Lien holders have 15 days to release titles and lien after receipt of payment. Please also note in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX made payoff payment requested the title after payment cleared via letter.
