i opened this account with Chime in May and recently I noticed that there was a transfer of money that did not match up with my primary account and chime. so I did a dispute and I was expecting to have a person contact me on this. I even called someone on XXXXI believe on where this was coming from. and so on the XXXX I did file the dispute. Today I went to use my card and it was denied and i looked it was closed because i did not follow the proper deposit rules. and for no reason other than that I was told that I am not able to get my money in the amount on XXXX refunded to me. this is my savings and all the money I have at the moment. I have been saving for a car. I do not see how this is possible that chime can just KEEP my money.they said that i can not verify account ownership
