To the payment and correspondence department my name is XXXX XXXX for the past 60 days. All Ive been doing is attempting to pay my bill. My account was locked out due to incorrect account information. I have mailed in a payment via your envelope that you sent me with my account number two weeks ago that wasnt processed. I spent {$68.00} next day airing a Money order delivered and I have a confirmation showing was delivered 10 days later. My family is losing their home. We are so in trouble because of this payment you filed a late payment history please help me remove this late payment we have never missed a payment in the history of our credit report. I can not begin to explain to you our family is losing their home because of this. Please help us understand why XXXX payments that have confirmations and confirmed delivery to your payment. Correspondence department have not been processed on our account. We have contacted the US department of veterans assistance affairs. We have contacted the US state attorneys office. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau and we have doing everything we can to file a complaint against your company unless this is resolved immediately. Please help us Im begging you to have some kindness and compassion in your heart to help my family understand why after XXXX years of being a customer you are XXXX us and putting us through this rig around.
