Continuously accused by Truist Bank, after having to file identity theft for accessing credit report without consent to deny Home Equity Loan, being accused of depositing a fraudulent check, now after breaching their own agreement for a cash reserve line of credit that was not due for payment until the following month. Truist has put it in collection, but not informing the collect agency that the funds they used to pay the line of credit cash reserve came from the fraudulent check and the payment was not due til the following month ( XX/XX/XXXX. Replied to collection agencys email XX/XX/XXXX I received on XX/XX/XXXX and mailed them copies of date cash reserve was due for payment, other documents to show Breach of Agreement by Truist XX/XX/XXXX. Truist for some reason is trying to ruin my credit and my life, but willing to say why this is happening.
