I further necessitate, and you are MANDATED BY LAW to comply with, that you present confirmable evidence of any negativitys certifiably docious reporting in regard to its undoubtable accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fairness, and integrity along with factual assurances that your practices procedures and processes are commensurate to confirm satisfying of the reporting privilege. COMPLIANT REPORTING IS NOT OPTIONAL, it is a MANDATED REQUISITE for ANY PARTY INVOLVED.
