When I checked on XXXX I was advice account is placed on hold ... I requested someone to get what on-hold issues -- was told by XXXX XXXX it was cause letter of validation sent XXXXinformed XXXX letter no received.. XXXX advise he would assure it's get sent... Ask XXXX for payoff letter... .he stated he couldn't do that until validation was sent .... Have not received any further response from company. Trying to close home equity line of credit, this is only outstanding issues.
