So I have reached out to waypoint management group dozens of times and each time they have no record of me having an account. They said I need to reach out to XXXX to talk to their collection department. I called XXXX and was told that my account says its been paid in full and that there is no record of me having a debt. Also this account is over XXXX XXXX XXXX so regardless of the information the account should be removed from all credit agencies. Now all agencies have removed it except XXXX. They refused to take it off.
