BMW Financial gave me a deadline of XX/XX/XXXX to pay the balance owed to bring my car loan current and I would be able to get my car back. XX/XX/XXXX was a Friday and when I called their office was closed, even though it was not a holiday and I wasnt made aware. I called the following Monday morning and was rudely told that the deadline has passed. I asked to speak to a manager and she was very rude and condescending and she said will make a note on file and will check with legal and asked to call back next morning. I called Tuesday morning and they told me no exceptions. The car will be sold at auction and you will owe the difference. I am going through a divorce and have accounts locked up. I have been a good client of BMW for 40 years. Help, as this is a timely issue before car goes to auction.
