I was never notified of this fraudulent debt by this collector via mail or given the right to dispute it which is a violation of the FDCPA. And now I do not want to be contacted regarding this fraudulent debt. According to FCRA section 605B it is illegal to report information on my credit report without my permission. Thank you please remove this from credit report. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, XXXX v XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I May Presume that no proof of the alleged Debt, nor therefore any such debt in fact I am writing to formally demand that you cease and desist all communication with me, effective immediately, regarding the debt referenced by account number XXXX and any other associated. As per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), 15 U.S.C. 1692c ( c ), I am entitled to request that all communication regarding this debt be stopped. Therefore, I am exercising my right to demand that you and your agency cease any further communication with me, except as allowed under the provisions of the FDCPA. Please note that any failure to comply with this request may result in further action being taken against your agency. I expect written confirmation within 15 days of receipt of this letter that you have complied with my request. Additionally, please be advised that I am aware of my rights under the FDCPA and any further contact from your agency that does not comply with the law will be documented and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) and my state 's Attorney General 's office.
