I made a purchase through PayPal due to their claim of providing " purchase protection ''. I purchases a set of mint condition wheels from a seller of a business. I sent the seller the payment on XX/XX/2024 including the amount for the wheels and actual shipping cost. Seller then had the tires removed and sent a picture of the wheels without the tires. I notice a marking on one of the wheels and just thought it was residual rubber and didn't think twice it was damage as the seller know the wheels were very expensive and I reiterated many time they are no longer made. Seller did damaged the one wheel and then proceed to send the wheels instructing XXXX to not pack the wheels with any kind of protection. Thus incurring more damage so he can blame the damages on XXXX. After contacting the seller with no resolution I filed the case with PayPal. I submitted countless photos of the damages and detail documentations of the conversation and proof showing the wheels were already damaged prior to shipping along with estimate of the repair cost from the manufacture. PayPal wasted over 60 days of my time and with no proof by seller closed my case in favor of the seller even though the entire case was one sides with proof and documentation provide only by myself. I am no forced to keep a set of wheel in the condition other than what I paid for. PayPal did not do their job as I provided countless documentation clearly proving the case. Any imbecile can ease see the case was clear by the photos, screen shot of the conversation, detailed time lines etc.
