XXXX XXXX XXXX opened this case in XXXX, the case was dismissed in XXXX. I received a notice from the clerk 's office stating that this case was dismissed. I received a Writ of Garnishment from my job in XX/XX/XXXX while I was on maternity leave, I reached out to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX they stated that Barclays canceled the garnishment, so I ended up getting a refund for the amount from my employer. I was under the impression that this was handled. A few days ago I received another Writ of garnishment in the mail and they said nothing can be done to stop this. They couldnt provide any information about this account and they wouldn't allow me to set up a payment play or settlement. I also reached out to Barclays directly and they had no clue what I was talking about.
