Wells Fargo loan assumption XXXX has been denied multiple times over the last year. I have provided all requested documentation to remove my ex spouse from the mortgage, all of which have been denied. I was required to sell the primary residence which i did, this was the holdup for finalizing the loan assumption. The property has been liquidated, however the assumption has been denied again, additional demands for property liquidation have been made by Wells Fargo. I have spoken with Wells Fargo XXXX assumption office, phone number XXXX, they have continually denied my assumption application multiple times in the last 18 months. I have faithfully paid the mortgage for over 15 years and simply need the ex spouse off of the mortgage, this seems impossible to conclude for the Wells Fargo XXXX team.
