I file a dispute for unauthorized chargers from XXXX. I contacted Chime and filed a dispute. Within XXXX days Chime says my dispute was denied. Yet when I contact XXXX they agree the charges were not made by me. XXXX stated no one has contacted them from Chime, yet I was denied. I called Chime and ask the reason why I was denied and they would not tell me. They kept saying wait for a letter in XXXX days. Well I need to file with the XXXX and the police report XXXX days is too long especially if the reason why I was denied has already been generated. Dispute # XXXX
