I purchased a flight with XXXX XXXX for XXXX tickets total of {$870.00} in XXXX XXXX. The flight was scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. I had to cancel the flight in 10 minutes within the 24 hours of the flight and filed a refund request with XXXX XXXX. Received a response that they would refund a certain amount due to the cancellation. I filed with Chime my bank a dispute due to my cancellation which was due to a medical emergency for my mom who had XXXX XXXX. I had to travel to South Carolina and was not able to travel to XXXX which the flight was set for. Chime has declined my refund request 4 times in which Chime is saying they find no fault. I have even submitted documentation showing the refund request with XXXX XXXX. Now XXXX XXXX stated that Chime did a chargeback and they cant refund me directly however Chime never gave my money back. So if they received a refund they never gave it to me! Months later I am still waiting for my money to be returned back to me! I have been with Chime since XXXX and I never had such an issue before but if they are stealing money that is not theirs they need to be held accountable for.
