Bounce Ai Inc is listed on my credit report as a collection agency that is trying to collect an alleged debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX. I contacted the original creditor, and they could not validate this debt that is reporting on my credit report. Furthermore, there was no correspondence sent to me informing me that I owed a debt and that it was being sold to a 3rd party company, so this information reporting is not credible and goes against permissible purposes. I also researched Bounce Ai because I have never signed an agreement with this company, and they did not come up in the database on the Texas Comptroller. This company does not have a license to collect debt in the state of Texas. I am demanding that this account is removed due to it being unverified by the original creditor. You are also furnishing different dates for the date last active which is a FCRA and FDCPA violation. I have attached an invoice for the violation upon your company. Payment is to be remitted to the address on the invoice. Both payment and deletion are requested within 30 days, or I will have no choice but to seek legal action against your company.
