In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX Account # XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A, states that I have a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2, states that a Consumer Reporting Agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S. Code 1681e Section B - Accuracy of Report, states that Consumer Reporting Agencies shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information. This account shows 30 and 60 days late payment on one credit bureau however, it shows 60 days and 90 days late on another credit bureau. I have never been late on a payment regarding account number XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX.
