This account was closed by the creditor on XX/XX/XXXX. My total balance due by XX/XX/XXXX was {$520.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid the balance in full, which left my account at {$0.00}. After the account was paid in full, XXXX proceeded to apply interest charges and late fees. In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX reported that the account was late to the credit bureaus. I contacted XXXX to inquire about the charges, which were reversed and corrected due to the account being paid in full. However, no changes were made to the credit bureaus. I completed a dispute with all XXXX bureaus in XXXX, which all were corrected with the exception of Experian, which not only reported I was late in XXXX but reported I was also late in XXXX. I contacted XXXX on XXXX and learned that my account had a credit for overpayment in the amount of {$2.00}. I was told I must email the credit reporting department with the error. I emailed the credit reporting department to be advised a refund was being sent, but a " good will adjustment '' could not be made on my account.
