I own XXXX different condominiums and Roundpoint continues to be the only servicer that refuses to do any work whatsoever to secure condominium master policies directly, but instead goes out of their way instead to send letters annually threatening to put in place their own insurance policies and charge the borrower if they don't get proof of insurance. Roundpoint is probably doing this to make money off of whatever policies they are putting in place, or at a minimum refusing to adhere to any basic standards like other servicers are doing. The other condominium mortgage servicers that do basic due diligence are XXXX and XXXX. They are awesome and are always able to directly get the master policies. What makes it worse is that XXXX directed me to a website to submit materials and the website didn't even work. I have attached the master policy.
