I have been attempting to access my credit report and profile on Experian 's website. I have a freeze on my account due to an identity theft last year. The credit report pop up, that I'm not allowed to bypass, can't provide my report due to some error. Possibly because of the freeze. So I'm locked out of any and all information about my credit. The automated phone system blocks consumers from contacting a human. No matter how many times you request a representative the system won't transfer you. I'm completely locked out and unable to access my report or unfreeze my credit with zero ability to contact a human at Experian to fix the issue. This is completely unacceptable. It is clear that Experian is avoiding contact with consumers and hiding their information.
