I could not access my free credit report online, back in XXXX, so I contacted transunion, experian, and equifax over the phone. I was was unfamiliar with alot of inquiries and information regarding my address was not updated.I waited almost 30 min to an hour to speak to someone about reporting inaccuracies as far as addresses, phone numbers, etc. I was asked by each representative of each bureau would I like a security freeze, but how would I agree if I can't see any of my credit reports myself? I'm getting denial letters in the mail for things I never applied for.
