Dear Sirs, On XX/XX/year>, I was informed by XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) that my account was being closed for security reasons This happened after I had transferred XXXXXXXX XXXX from my XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX to Payward ltd., Karken 's Bank representative. From that moment on, I have been trying to get these funds back, all to no avail. I have sent countless mails explaining the situation, and for some reason it seems that they sent the funds elsewhere and to this point they have not only been able to find them but are avoiding restitution of this funds after more than 44 days of my account being closed. To me, this is just pure negligence and lack of accountability. I consider this a misappropriation of funds.
