XXXX XXXX, Wellsfargo closed my account after they said I was overdrawn. I was expecting my IRS tax refund. I found out my account was closed after tried to get money from my account. I called spoke to representative they said they closed and any check would be sent back. Time passed XXXX happened. XXXX I went to Well Fargo first they said they had no record of my account then they said they never received the direct deposit from IRS to call them and find out. I called IRS and they sent me a letter showing my money was sent to my account the day before they closed had closed my bank account. I went back to Wellsfargo again they said it never got there. So I show them the letter from IRS and now they back peddle and tell me they have to investigate so I sat there for about XXXX hours when they finally come back to me and tell me that after looking at the account they hadn't closed my account until XX/XX/XXXX and the money did come in and was spent and I overdrew my account {$630.00}. I said how can you tell me no I never got the money and that the account was closed in XX/XX/XXXX and then change it to this new date. I asked for bank statements showing where the money was spent and when the money came in because if it was like the IRS had said my account should have never been closed. They wouldn't answer that question or show me a atatement.
