I ordered what I thought were authentic XXXX XXXX XXXXs from XXXX, and received counterfeit shoes. I sent Barclays everything I had, which includes the conversation I had with the seller. I faxed the information twice, and spoke to three representatives over a 2 week period. These documents include the vendor offering a XXXXXXXX XXXX refund for their XXXX XXXX They closed my case and told me they had no evidence of fraud. I still have the messages from the vendor. Barclays is a terrible company, and this is the second time I have had to report them to get them to do their job. I would close my credit card if it wouldnt hurt my credit score.
