XXXX XXXX XXXX paid {$2800.00} failed to provide as evidence after agreement of repairing credit after ID theft committed by XXXX employee, proof rejected based solely on race causing lost of credit limit and intentionally causing damage to credit. XXXX XXXX XXXX has never made any attempt to note an account of such an allegation which damaged the credit limit based on race. Payment plans were canceled after XXXX XXXX XXXX went back on agreement to help repair credit after a large payment was received by XXXX XXXX evidence on the credit card statement ( copy on hand ). Items purchased and charged to account, never received ignored a still charged for all transaction will be used in court due to interest on card from items, ignored by XXXX XXXX XXXX will be held responsible for such wrong doing. XXXX has closed complaints by lying about communications and addressing issues. A claim will be filed and a copy will be sent to all federal bureaus. XXXX XXXX XXXX along with XXXX XXXX has damaged credit with misleading information when in fact ID report denied based on race only. Proof of Att employees using information rejected by XXXX and XXXX credit reporting causing damage to credit. Experian has also been aware of such doing while reporting incorrect credit information on behalf of XXXX and XXXX XXXX. All companies are in violations of XXXX XXXX code XXXX.
